Whether or not you create an account, we will send you an order confirmation email after purchase and a shipping update with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

You’ll receive an email confirming your order, and another with tracking details after shipment. If there’s any issue with your order, we’ll reach out to you promptly.

We currently accept PayPal only. All transactions are processed securely through PayPal; we do not store your payment information.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

You may request cancellation before the order ships by contacting our customer service. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return after receipt.

We reserve the right to cancel orders under certain conditions, such as out-of-stock items, failed payments, or suspected fraud. If this happens, we will notify you by email.

Prices may change due to market fluctuations. The final price is the one shown at checkout. Prices do not include duties, import taxes, or bank fees.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide your order number and a description of the issue. We will assist you according to our Return & Refund Policy.
