Return & Refund Policy

If the item you received doesn’t match your order (wrong model, color, or style), please contact us within 14 days with your order number and product photos. We will arrange a return and send the correct item, or issue a full refund.

If the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving it. Please note that return shipping costs will be borne by you. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

If your package doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery time, check the tracking info first. If it’s confirmed lost, we’ll issue a refund or reship the product free of charge.

If your product was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 14 days and provide clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement.

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be unused and in original condition. You will need to cover the shipping cost for the exchange and provide updated contact and shipping information for reshipment.

Please contact us via the “Contact Us” page, providing your order number and reason for return/exchange. We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund via your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
